The Punjab and Sind Bank (A Govt. Of India Undertaking) has invited applications for the post of Specialist officer for those who have cleared the Common Written Examination Conducted by the IBPS in March 2012.
Last Date for Registering Application: 15th June 2012
Opening of the Registration Online: 1st June 2012
Payment of the application fee: Can be done between 1st June 2012 to 15th June 2012
Posts and Vacancies:
Chartered Accountant: 50 seats
Chief Information Security Officer: 01
IT Officer: 125
Agricultural Field Officer: 100
Official Language Officer: 15
Technical Officer: 10
Upper Age Limit:
For Chartered Accountants – Maximum 35 years
For IT officer, Agricultural Officer, and Technical Officer : Maximum 30 years
Application fee:
For the Post of Specialist officer, Rs.50/- (for ST/SC/PWD) and Rs. 200/- for all others
The payment has to done via CBS branch or NEFT.
Selection Procedure: The candidate applying for the post of Special officer will be selected by the IBPS score and the interview.
For the Post of Chartered Accountant- interview will be called and the applicant will be decided on merit.
How To Apply:
The candidate has to apply online on www.psbindia.com , by clicking the link recruitment. After selecting the post for specialist officer the individual has to take the print out of the bank challan and then pay the application fee to continue the process. Once the application fee is paid, the candidate can now fill the online form.
Once the Online form is completed, a print out of the same, the original copy of challan and the required documents must be kept ready for the submission if the candidate is called for an Interview.
